COMMUNITY SERVICE (read)


Community Service Grant in the form of KKN Thematic :

  • Proposed by a minimum of 3 lecturers proposer (one of whom became Supervisor), priority multidisciplinary science
  • 1 Theme involves 20-40 multidisciplinary students (minimum 2 Study Program)
  • Location scope of at least 1 village or village equivalent area
  • Maximum approved Fund is Rp. 10,000,000 – Rp. 15,000,000 proposals
  • Quotas funded a maximum of 10 proposals

A. Guideline for Lecturer Dedication Grants in the form of KKN Thematic :

  • Approval page (example attached)
  • The contents of the proposal, consisting of :

> Background (situation analysis of KKN location)

> Problems

> The purpose of KKN

> KKN Program and Activities

> Target Program

> Cost Plan (max 30% HR, max 20% transport, minimum 50% program)

> Composition of the number of students required based on study program / competence

> Attachments : CV Proposer, Plan of location and willingness of the target community


B. Guidance Report of Lecturer’s Grant in the form of KKN Thematic :

  • Old yellow cover is not a mica cover, A4
  • Endorsement page
  • Content of the Report, consisting of:

> Background (situation analysis of KKN location)

> Problems

> The purpose of KKN

> KKN Program and Activities

> Achieving Program Targets

> Discussion and Conclusion

> Cost Realization (max 30% HR, max 20% transport, minimum 50% program)

> Attachments : CV Proposer, Location Plan, News of the Flood and withdrawal of KKN, DPL assessment to students


Leading Community Service Grant :

  • Proposer at least 2 – 4 multidisciplinary lecturers, S2 degree
  • The Proposal Scheme and Guide follow IbM, IbW, IbK, IbIKK or IbPE from Dikti, the guide can be downloaded at www.dikti.go.id
  • The target of IbM at least 2 community groups or 2 SMEs
  • The target of IbW at least 2 villages, no need to cooperate with other LPPM PT, no need for signature of the regent
  • The target of IbPE at least 2 SMEs, there may be no fund sharing from SMEs
  • The target of IbK program, IbIKK according to the Directorate of Higher Education
  • Funds approved 10,000,000 / proposal
  • Maximum quota of 20 proposals
